Queensland Facades has developed a loyal team dedicated to provide quality products and solutions for our clients. Like many business we rely our staff to acheive the outcomes our clients require. Over the years the team has grown to include our China based team and Geoff and his team at AMA, and now we embark on developing a sucessful team in New Zealand.
General Manager
Robert Jewitt
Robert is a qualified Accountant, who has been involved in the construction and engineering industries for over 20 years, and has worked for both small builders, subcontractors, and one of Australia’s largest building contractors.
Sales & Technical Services Manager
Gavin Budd
Gavin has been working in the Glazing industry for over 40 years, and has worked on some of Brisbane / Gold Coast’s largest projects alongside some of the world’s most reputable Tier 1 building contractors. To fully utilize his experience in project design and his excellent understanding of the current building laws, Gavin is also our Technical Serices Manager.
Quality Assurance Manager
Koos Foeken
Koos joined us ten years ago and has worked his way up from factory floor to hold the position of Quality Manager overseaing onsite Quality Management, factory management and defects retification. Prior to working for us, Koos has been in the Heavy Industry and steel making in Europe.
Senior Project Manager
Greg Heylen
Greg has been in the glazing industry for 35 years, working in Australia for 15 years, South Affrica and Dubai. Greg has been responsible for some of our most difficult and iconic projects.
Site Manager
Joel Louwrens
Joel has been in the industry for 25 years and is a qualified Glazier, has joined us to manage all our sites and co-ordinate labour on site. He has worked on some of Brisbanes largest projects.
Group Engineer
Soubhi Tenbakji
Soubhi joined our team over a year ago as the group's registered Engineer and imdeiately had a positive impact to our business. New to the Queensland market he has worked quickly to tune his years of engineering to the requirements of our industry. Subbhi is a fully qualified REPQ certified structual engineer.
Estimator
Ben Tse
Ben has moved into the role of Estimator after prevoiusly working for 5 years in our production department, he has over 8 years of industry experience. Ben is a conduit to our China estimators.
Factory Manager
Ranjit Kishna
Ranjit has worked with us from the inception of our business, starting as a senior fabricator with years of experience, he now manages our local factory and distrabution centre. With skills un matched in the fabrication of windows, he was instramental in setting up and training the factory in China.
Senior Project Manager
Tony Beagle
Tony is our longest serving project manager who has been with us for over 9 years, in that time he has completed numerous projects especially in Brisbane . Tony has over 20 years of experience in the Glazing industry.
China Team
Seven years ago we embarked on setting up your own factory in China, over that period of time this has developed into facility of approx 10,000 sqm factory and 25,000 total site area. We now have a team of upto 40 staff and upwards of 65 workers in the factory. Within that group we are lucky enough to have staff who have been with us since inception and have developed and extensive understanding of our product requirements. This team provides support to the Australian team, in all areas of Estimating, Drafting, Production Management, and any other areas they can assist.
